"Man. I’m going to start by saying I was having a really bad day. Really bad. Among other things I drove 20 min to my favorite boba shop and for the 2nd time when I walked in they were just nonchalantly like oh we are out of tapioca sorryyyyyy. (They totally didn’t gaf.) But that’s beside the point. So I called the next closest place, Jade. To make sure they have what I like and they had never heard of what I was asking for which was just the original boba milk tea that started in stl like 15 years ago. Pretty sure it’s just brown sugar milk and tea idk but she was absolutely so caring and concerned to make my order exactly what I wanted that she looked it up and recreated it. Absolutely next tier customer service and the tea ended up AMAZING. They single handedly turned my day around. I Hope this place absolutely flourishes because they truly do deserve it."

"Bubble TEA is no lie. The flavors of their milk teas are robust, unique and bring something new to the boba scene here in Springfield! We tried the sweet, stroopwaffle-esque Ryu no Ume and the light and genuinely fruity Strawberry milk teas, and were so surprised at their flavor! The tapioca black boba was really fresh and chewy, and their other toppings were so new and not like the regular toppings you’d find elsewhere. We can’t wait to come back and try their other milk tea flavors, as well as their fruit teas! Great work Jade Dragon!"
